Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, and we do not accept returns. We will offer refunds on an individual basis, but we do not offer refunds for dislike of product or scent. If you receive the wrong product(s) in your delivery, please email us at wendy@newanglesoap.com as soon as possible so we can make things right.
If we did offer a refund, please be aware that it may take a few days for it to show in your bank account or on your credit/debit card.
If products were received damaged, please contact us and the carrier, and be ready to submit photos of products/packaging.
If a delivery goes missing, please contact the carrier first. If the carrier claims the package was delivered, please contact local law enforcement. We cannot be held liable if package is missing, but shown to be delivered.
Please be well acquainted with your allergies and be aware that we cannot guarantee that a product made by us has not come into contact with other allergens. We do not claim that any of our products are hypo-allergenic, and they will not treat or cure any symptom or disease.
